Delivery times and postal charges

Please note that since Christmas is now upon us, delivery times across the world can be effected. For all US customers, please check with UPS for delivery times over the holiday period.

UK & EUROPE

All UK and European orders are sent from Switzerland. When the orders is made, it's then sent to the mailing and fulfilment house, thereafter its sent to Swiss Post for mailing out. Please note that both Swiss post and the fulfilment house don’t work on weekends, so please allow a little more time for this when calculating despatch and delivery times.

From the date of order, the all US customers' items will be despatched via UPS 3-5 day trackable service.

All orders are sent via USPS (United States Postal service) First-Class international. Average times are 2 weeks but this can take up to 6 weeks for some destinations.
